Each of these processes only the information necessary to provide its service and is subject to its own privacy policy. If you follow a link from this site to a lender, insurer, or other third party, their privacy policy — not this one — governs what they collect.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet real estate recordkeeping requirements that apply to licensed brokers, and then delete it or keep it only in the form our brokerage requires.

Your Choices and Rights

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information; contact us and we will honor any rights that apply to you.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
